As of last Monday .. I am ( almost) offically a culinary school student. I have enrolled at the Connecticut Culinary Institute. I am SO super excited. I have been dreaming about this for almost 2 years now , and now that I'm out of work I'm making it happen!!! YAY!! As long as nothing goes wrong I should start Jan 2010 and graduate April 2011. SOOO excited..
So thats whats new with me . Whats new with you???

Congratulations! This is so exciting! I'm sure you've already read Making of a Chef by Michael Ruhlman, but if you haven't, it's a great exploration of what culinary school is all about.
